Crock Pot Chocolate Peanut Clusters
As a very busy mom, I appreciate crock pot recipes for large family cooking. It’s quick, easy, and even kids enjoy helping to make it. These chocolate-covered peanut candies are so easy to make, you’ll have a huge batch ready with minimal effort – perfect as gifts too!
What’s terrific about this family crock pot recipe is the kiddos can help make it, and there is minimal cleanup! Yes! My favorite recipes have less mess.
It has the right balance between sweet and salty that makes every bite enjoyable. My large family loves this crock pot recipe so much, and I’m sure yours will love it too!
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Unsalted Peanuts
- 4 Cups Salted Peanuts
- 1 – 12 oz Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 – 12 oz Bag Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 – 10 oz Bag Peanut Butter Chips
- 2lb White Almond Bark or Vanilla Candy Coating
Directions
- Layer all ingredients in a large crockpot (starting with peanuts).
- Turn the pot on low, cover with a lid, and leave sitting for 1 1/2 hours. Stir well and keep heating as needed, up to two hours total.
- Stir again and then spoon tablespoon-sized dollops of the mixture on to wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil.
- Allow to harden at room temperature for at least 1 hour before packaging or serving.
