Easy Tuna Rice Salad

Refreshing flavors in this colorful, delicious tuna rice salad. Quick and easy, perfect filling meal or side dish for busy moms and for large families.




  1. Cook rice according to directions to make 2 cups of cooked rice.
  2. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix.
  3. If you like more chunky tuna, mix all other ingredients first, then add tuna at the end and gently fold.
  4. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold. Delicious both ways!
