Guacamole Deviled Eggs

These avocado deviled eggs are appetizingly green, lighter and healthier than the traditional deviled eggs. The addition of avocado is brilliant because their natural creaminess means you don’t need mayonnaise. These are the perfect party eggs! Double up the serving and serve this at your next gathering.




  1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks to a small bowl. Place white onto a tray or large plate.
  2. Add avocado to the egg yolks and mash mixing well the back of a spoon. Add in tomatoes and onions. Mix well.
  3. Add in lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add mixture to a piping bag and pipe into the centers of the egg whites. Top with paprika and cumin.
