How to Make Spaghetti Squash Seeds Snacks
The spaghetti squash seeds are so quick and easy to make. Plus, you can make them ahead of time, put them in a baggy, and carry them with you. Now no matter where life with the kids might take you, you will always have a healthy snack on hand that will keep both kids and adults occupied until dinner time.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti squash insides
- 2 tsp seasoning salt

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place the stringy inside of the squash, along with the seeds, into a strainer and run under water to remove any slippery coverings on the seeds. Also, while rinsing, separate any strands of squash that might be attached to the seeds.
- Place the seeds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the seasoning salt over the seeds.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 8 – 10 minutes, stirring the seeds once, and bake until done, or until the seeds are dry, roasted and any moisture is evaporated. The salt should be stuck to the seeds and the seeds should feel crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Enjoy!
