Kid Friendly Keto Recipes: Keto Raspberry Muffins
This is a quick and easy go-to gluten-free and sugar-free kid friendly keto recipe when you want a sweet treat. Our family loves raspberries so much which is why this recipe is a big hit for us! My kids even ask me to prepare these as their snack for school!
The great thing about this recipe is that you don’t need to get fresh raspberries every time. When raspberries are not in season, you can always opt to use the frozen ones that are available in grocery stores. PLUS, you can also use a different kind of berry say, blueberry or strawberry, and it would still be 100% delicious!
Make sure you check to keep the amounts of the berry within your net carb range.

- 1/4 cup raspberries or other berries (blueberries have an even lower amount of carbs)
- 2-3 Tbsp Stevia or ½ cup erythritol

These are absolutely scrumptious on their own but, you may serve this with a gluten-free whipped cream and some berries on top. Just remember to keep in mind that this will add to your total and net carbs.
Since I’m doing keto and my kids aren’t I have to find super scrumptious kid friendly keto recipes so we can all enjoy and I’ll know my kids are cutting back on the carbs!
This momma also needs an easy grab and go breakfast so when I make these the night before my kids can take the muffins with them or put them in their lunches for a healthy afternoon snack.
I have been making these raspberry muffins since I started keto. I was looking for recipes my kiddos would love and that would keep me on track. We can’t get enough of these moist muffins. When I serve these to friends and family no one even notices there’s no sugar and they are actually healthy!

Did I miss the nutritional facts? Carbs, fats, protein etc? Also, in the ingredients you list coconut oil, but in the instructions you list Butter (#3). I made two batches, and the butter muffins had a little more bounce to it. Thank you for sharing. They were delicious.
Sounds delicious! How many net carbs?
Delicious and not eggy like a lot of other recipes.
My go to sweet treat snack or for afternoon tea.
instructions have butter listed but the ingredients list does not …
Great catch! yes, there is butter. I’ll go fix it.
