  1. Preheat your oven to 350º
  2. Line a muffin tray with paper cups or use a silicon form.
  3. Mix well the almond milk, vanilla, butter, eggs, and stevia in a large bowl.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add the berries and carefully stir.
  6. Bake muffins for 25 min until the toothpick comes out clean.


You may serve with berries on top, remember this will add to your total and net carbs. For a pretty presentation, you can sprinkle the top with Stevia confectioners sugar.
