  1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is browned. Add in cumin, cayenne, paprika, and chili powder. Add salt and pepper. Stir well.
  2. Slice avocado in half and remove the seed. Take a spoonfull of the avocado out an set aside. Fill with ground beef, cheese, and tomatoes.
  3. May use left over avocado from the spoonful to top.
